All payments shall be made in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the applicable services agreement (including any statement of work, exhibits or schedules, hereinafter, collectively, the “Agreement”) between Reqroute and/or its affiliates and you. You may cancel or terminate any service within fourteen (14) days of the start date of the services in accordance with the cancellation and termination rights set forth in the Agreement.
All cancellations or termination requests shall be approved by Reqroute and you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the applicable fee. Requests for cancellation or termination of services under the applicable SOW after services have begun, shall only be accepted upon Rerqroute’s receipt of at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice. Once approved, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the applicable fee.
Reqroute retains the right to cancel or suspend any service at any time. In such an event, you will not be entitled for any refund for the services purchased, except as may be determined by Reqroute in its sole discretion.
